Diane Irvine has served on the Board of Directors of Funko, Inc. and FAH, LLC since August 2017.
Ms. Irvine was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Blue Nile, Inc., an online retailer of diamonds and fine jewelry, from 2008 to 2011. She also served as President from 2007 to 2011, and Chief Financial Officer from 1999 to 2007. Prior to Blue Nile, she was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. from 1994 to 1999. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Coopers & Lybrand LLP (now PwC), ultimately serving as a partner.
Ms. Irvine currently serves on the boards of Yelp Inc. (since 2011) and XO Group Inc. (since 2014), and has previously served on the boards of Rightside Group Ltd., CafePress, and Blue Nile.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University, an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Golden Gate University.
